Allah will answer all of our duas. This is crystal clear from the ahadith literature. Indeed, Allah is shy and beneficent. He is shy when his servant raises his hands to him (in dua) to return them empty, disappointed’. The way Allah answers dua is dependent on your circumstances. Maybe I wanted to marry a bad woman and asked Allah for this.
Yes it does but not in this life as its technically ain't forever which is why I said it doesn't exist in this "limited time" life. And, not necessarily. If your dua is answered as you made it, it does change your qadr. But it doesn't mean it will be a better alternative to your qadr.
When making Dua’a, we should collect our heart, stay focused, and consciously think of the One you are calling upon. The Prophet ﷺ said: “You should know that Allah does not answer the dua’a that comes from a heedless heart.” [Tirmidhi] Lack of Sincerity: Allah says:“Call then upon Allah with sincere devotion to Him.” (40:14)
